The Regular Return of Radnorshire Tigers

It is people like bog-snorkeller Alun Edwards who make the OFFL what it is today.  Over the years his teams have provided some sort of benchmark for others to measure themselves against thusly: finish above Alun and you're a bit of a big hitter, finish below him and you simply must be mid-table mediocrity.  It's not an earth-shattering boast but it's more than most managers will ever have.

2008/2009 saw his best season to date when the Tigers won the League Championship and so very nearly Did The Double only to lose in the 2009 Cup Final to Lionel Larking's Pompey Puss.  Edwards made amends in the 2015 Cup Final by nicking it from Malcolmyouplaysobadly.

Welcome Mr Edwards.  And welcome Radnorshire Tigers.

In spite of Wales' poor performance in the recent European Championships*, Neil decides to unashamedly hold his head up high and step forward with a welsh-flag-waving entry entitled Neil's Diamonds.

"What?"  I hear you ask.  No Robson-Kanu†?  (The bastard love child of Bryan and Nwankwo?)  No. That particular Welsh striker is not in the Premiership Players List.  Why?  Well, He's Welsh, isn't he?

Neil has pedigree... OFFL Champions in 2008 and OFFL Cup Winners in 2012.  Watch 'im.  'e means business.

While Nick Reed galivants around the globe playing with remote control cars* his beloved Brighton & Hove Actually continue to fail to make the real-life Premiership cut.  However, breaking with tradition, this season they haven't sacked their manager allowing Mr Reed to avoid further creativity with his OFFL team name.  In turn, this allows Mr Reed to continue to play with remote control cars*.

* these cars are not remote controlled.  They're not even close-controlled.  Baffling isn't it?

Traditionally, the first team to be submitted in any OFFL season has a knack of coming up short on Long Term Positive Performance Potential.
However, this year's first fantasy entrant guarantees abject failure by beautifully blending tradition with the fact that it has been submitted by manager Chris Walsh.

FUN FACT:
Chris's teams tend to be overshadowed by current RealSense colleagues' teams.  And by ex-colleagues' teams.  And by teams managed by people Chris has never worked with.  Even by teams managed by working folk whom Chris has never worked with. Also by teams managed by the generally unemployable.
