Week 29: Cup Results

Real Mcdrid boss, Craig's victory Jagger dance
Real Mcdrid falls furthest, down three, while still managing to knock Inter Milandrover out of the cup. Meanwhile Lashings of Cheese climb highest, up three, but was kicked out of the cup ages ago. To add to these pointless cries of injustice: Tom Vamos, also out of the cup [after only entering the league this year *for* the cup] becomes Manager of the Week after scoring a large 21 points. West Vam still remain bottom of the table while Guy Harewood's Woolyback Town AFC extend their lead at the top.

So what did actually happen in the cup?

Congratulations to Sarah Bingham and Craig McHugh for the upsets of the round, Livercoolio and Inter Milandrover bounce out of the competition as a result with Woolyback continuing their plight for the Double by knocing out University chum's Wymondham Wanderers. Sheep City also knock out Fat Mal, which took a bit of a run up.

Well done all. Draw for the next round soon.

Week 28: Ashley Cole Keeler

Manager of the Week is Ashley Keeler who netted a disappointing 7 points for his Budleigh Salterton FC. Could have been worse. He could have shot someone at the training ground.

Week 27: Bring Back Brian Clough

The complexion of a drinker, if ever there was one.
Managers of the Month are Purrthday Boy Lionel Larking and Andy Straw, scoring 11 points each this week for their respective Pompey Puss and Nuttingham Florist. Andy Straw there, trying to imitate Billy Davies' success with the Championship's real Nottingham Forest. Though Florist is a long, long way off Forest's 2nd in the table. And are apparently, still not ready for the Premeriship.

Bring back Cloughie.

[From the deadie.]

Meanwhile, Fat Mal shuffles closer up to leaders Woolyback and the Malcademicals are now only 5 points off the top spot as the chasing pack seems to be dropping off the pace. Neil McConaghy's BM Mingmong transfers, therefore, could be rather timely for his push to the peak.

Meanwhile, forget ye not.. 'tis the OFFL Cup 2nd Round in Week 29. If you want to use your transfers to win that fabulous Fabio figurine then get a wiggle on. Graeme Sharpish.

Week 26 and the draw for the OFFL Cup

Manager of the Week this week is table-topping Guy Harewood. His Woolyback Town AFC notched up a rather large 34 points to leapfrog, somewhat impressively, Fat Mal's Malcademicals.

Lashings of Cheese fall five and in a week where so many goals were scored... everyone look at Paddy Mirams, come on everyone, STARE at him. -2.
